We bring you the first batch of gastroporn to look forward to this year. Our food stand manager Katka really went the extra mile!

Dim Sum Spot

We are a bistro that specializes in steamed jiaozi dumplings and Nepalese momos. Because we really want everyone to be able to find what they like, we have prepared vegan and meat options for you. With the jiaozi, you get a classic sauce – combination of soy sauce and chili oil, and if you want to upgrade your portion, we will have our homemade teriyaki and hoisin sauce or our great kimchi ready for you.

From the vegan options you can get, for example, tofu with spinach, tempeh with caramelized leek or pumpkin with peenuts.

Our meat fillings include traditional pork with Peking cabbage or our own Asian fusion recipes, such as chicken with lemongrass, potatoes with parsley and fried oninon and more.

You can choose the number of jiaozi according to the level of your munchies, and if you can't decide on one flavor, we'll combine the dumplings for you.

If you can’t catch us at the festival for any reason, we’d love to welcome you at our Prague locations in Anděl, Letná, Palackého Street, or in Liberec. Dim Sum Spot Team

 

Hell Smoke BBQ

Hell Smoke BBQ is an authentic USA Texas barbeque/stick burner smoker which we built and tested with our own hands for over two years here in the Czech Republic.
We have been going to events and festivals since 2017.

Our own sauces, salads/relishes, dry rubs, sausages, quality Czech meats, perfect buttery brioche from Mr. Mares' bakery.

All low'n'slow, slow and long roasting/smoking of meat, using only smoke and hardwood heat, we do not use electricity or gas for heating.
At the turn of 2022/2023, we opened a restaurant in Prague's Lesser Town. We go out minimally, Mighty is one of our heart events and we love to come back.

It is a mild cheese sauce made mostly of red cheddar cheese with pasta.
No frying! All our dishes are cooked and baked only.

The Mighty Sounds will also feature restaurants on wheels serving delicious and simple meals - fast, practical and nature-friendly. Their "DO1RUKY" concept is tailor-made for the festival atmosphere: the food is served in an edible wheat tortilla wrapper, so you really only need one hand to eat it. No cutlery, no unnecessary packaging - just great taste and a minimal ecological footprint. Enjoy the ultimate in convenience, while remaining environmentally friendly.
