The Canadian punk rock band The Flatliners hails from Toronto and was founded in 2002. The band originally started out with energetic ska-punk, but gradually transformed into a rougher, melodic punk with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll. Albums such as The Great Awake and Dead Language cemented The Flatliners' position among the most prominent names in contemporary punk, known for their energy and unyielding DIY approach.
