It’s been quite a few years since this British folk-punk band last performed at Mighty Sounds. Back in 2018, we considered Skinny Lister to be the dark horses of the festival, as their genre somehow meets all the criteria for the festival’s genre popularity. Live, this band is like a party bus without brakes. You’ll start dancing with the first note, and their music will be booming in your tent for hours after the concert, like a Celtic soundtrack to beer. This year, Skinny Lister released the excellent album Songs From The Yonder, so we’re looking forward to hearing how many hits from it will be played at the birthday edition.
