Hardcore, skateboarding, and the heart in the right place. Toby Morse, frontman of H2O, just like the whole band, lives and breathes music, and it damn well shows. H2O began their existence in 1993 under the influence of straight edge and skateboarding subculture. Toby started out as a roadie for Sick Of It All, later occasionally joining the band on tour during encores to sing backing vocals, and once even opening for them with his own song “My Love Is Real”. The audience’s reaction convinced him to start his own band. H2O are definitely not just about the music; they quickly became a true idol for virtually every fan of nineties New York hardcore. The band represents hardcore ideals that have remained with them since their inception. If you like straightforward old-school hardcore punk, listen up, the guys are returning to Tábor.
