A unique three-day music festival held every June in Tábor, Czech Republic. Punk, rock'n'roll, hardcore, reggae, ska, rockabilly and everything around it.
What is Mighty Sounds
Mighty Sounds focuses on punk and punk rock, rock'n'roll, hardcore, reggae, ska, rockabilly, indie rock and the scenes around them. What makes it special is the high share of international acts — over 80 % of the line-up — complemented by the best of the Czech scene.
The festival started in 2005 and since then has hosted Rancid, Bad Religion, Social Distortion, Ska-P, Gogol Bordello, Suicidal Tendencies, Pennywise, The Subways, Dropkick Murphys, Anti-Flag, Madball, The Interrupters, Turbonegro, Comeback Kid, Backyard Babies, H20, Dog Eat Dog, The Casualties, Frank Turner, Irie Révoltés, Enter Shikari, Dub Incorporation, Sick Of It All, Protoje, Dubioza Kolektiv, Architects, Biohazard, Macka B, Ky-Mani Marley, Alborosie, Inner Circle, Derrick Morgan and The Aggrolites.
Each year the programme features 120+ acts on four live stages and one DJ stage, including the acoustic Black Coffee Stage. Add alternative theatre, football & netball tournaments, a half-pipe, graffiti and more. We use recyclable dishes and returnable cups to keep our ecological footprint low.

Location
The Mighty Sounds festival is held close to Tábor in South Bohemia, on the outskirts between Tábor and Sezimovo Ústí.
The site is at Tábor Aeroklub's airport, about 5 km from the city centre.
City of Tábor
Tábor is a city with a unique history that doesn't dwell in the past — and it is also a welcoming home for Mighty Sounds. You'll find everything you may need during the festival: hotels, hostels, restaurants, shops, banks, ATMs and supermarkets.
