Dear friends,
We have been working hard, and during January we held two internal selection rounds, in which, often by a very close vote, we selected the final 30 bands from hundreds of bands from around the world, which we have just contacted. It is not within our power to respond to every single band that did not make the selection, so we would like to at least thank everyone who participated and did not receive an email.
This year’s selection was really difficult, and we are happy to see how much quality music we didn’t know about still exists.
Congratulations to the top 30 and many thanks to everyone else for their interest.
