ALL payments will take place only via a wristband with an NFC chip. The wristband will also serve as your ticket. 💳 ONLINE CREDIT TOP-UP FOR YOUR TICKET STARTED HERE ▶️ nfctron.eu/mightysounds 🔥 HOW TO PAY CONVENIENTLY WITH NFCTRON? 👨🚀 Top up your credit to your ticket online before the event You can top up your credit in advance for your ticket via the link above – either on the web or in the NFCtron app. After showing your valid ticket at the entrance, we will activate the chip with pre-topped-up credit, and you can go straight to the sales points. Online top-up of credit for the ticket in advance will be available before the start of the event. After that, it will only be possible to top up on-site – online via the NFCtron app on your phone or physically at NFCtron top-up points. The first top-up at the event location is charged with a chip activation fee of 30 CZK. When topping up credit for your ticket via the web, use the same email address that you will use to log in to the NFCtron app. This ensures you will correctly see your tickets, orders, and topped-up credit in the app. Pay simply with the chip You pay only by attaching the chip to the sales device. After making a payment, the seller will always show you the screen with the new balance on the chip and an overview of the order. You can monitor your spending directly in the NFCtron app or request an information paper with a QR code at a top-up point to view the web overview. Online top-up of the active chip during the event Once you have the active chip on your hand, you can top it up online directly in the NFCtron app during the festival via the payment gateway. After payment, transfer the credit to the chip according to the instructions in the app. The chip must remain attached to the phone until the transfer is complete. Online chip top-up during the event depends on functional NFC in the phone, a stable internet connection, and correct synchronization of the last payments on the chip. If the app temporarily stops the transfer to the chip, wait a moment and try again later. If the credit fails to transfer to the chip, you will not lose your money. Untransferred credit will automatically return after the end of the event. A service fee may be charged for this service. Alternatively, you can use an NFCtron top-up point in the venue. You can return unused active credit You can return unused active credit on your chip to your bank account free of charge via the mobile app or via the chip’s web overview. You always have 14 days from the end of the event to return it.
