\n1. Lade dein Guthaben f\u00fcr dein Ticket vor der Veranstaltung online auf<\/span><\/strong>
\nDu kannst dein Guthaben f\u00fcr dein Ticket \u00fcber den obigen Link im Voraus aufladen \u2013 entweder im Web oder in der NFCtron-App.
\nNachdem Sie Ihr g\u00fcltiges Ticket am Eingang vorgezeigt haben, aktivieren wir den Chip mit dem vorab aufgeladenen Guthaben, und Sie k\u00f6nnen direkt zu den Verkaufsstellen gehen.
\nDas Online-Aufladen des Guthabens f\u00fcr das Ticket im Voraus ist vor Beginn der Veranstaltung m\u00f6glich. Danach ist das Aufladen nur noch vor Ort m\u00f6glich \u2013 online \u00fcber die NFCtron-App auf Ihrem Smartphone oder pers\u00f6nlich an den NFCtron-Aufladestellen. F\u00fcr die erste Aufladung am Veranstaltungsort wird eine Chip-Aktivierungsgeb\u00fchr von 30 CZK erhoben.
\nWenn Sie das Guthaben f\u00fcr Ihr Ticket \u00fcber das Internet aufladen, verwenden Sie bitte dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse, mit der Sie sich in der NFCtron-App anmelden. So stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre Tickets, Bestellungen und das aufgeladene Guthaben in der App korrekt sehen.<\/p>\n

2. Einfach mit dem Chip bezahlen<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sie bezahlen, indem Sie den Chip einfach an das Kassenger\u00e4t halten. Nach der Zahlung zeigt Ihnen der Verk\u00e4ufer immer den Bildschirm mit dem neuen Guthaben auf dem Chip und einer \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die Bestellung an.<\/p>\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen Ihre Ausgaben direkt in der NFCtron-App verfolgen oder an einer Aufladestation einen Informationszettel mit einem QR-Code anfordern, um die Web-\u00dcbersicht einzusehen.<\/p>\n

3. Online-Aufladung des aktiven Chips w\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sobald Sie den aktiven Chip haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie ihn w\u00e4hrend des Festivals direkt in der NFCtron-App \u00fcber das Zahlungsgateway online aufladen. \u00dcbertragen Sie das Guthaben nach der Zahlung gem\u00e4\u00df den Anweisungen in der App auf den Chip. Der Chip muss bis zum Abschluss der \u00dcbertragung am Smartphone angebracht bleiben.<\/p>\n

Das Online-Aufladen des Chips w\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung setzt ein funktionierendes NFC im Smartphone, eine stabile Internetverbindung und die korrekte Synchronisierung der letzten Zahlungen auf dem Chip voraus. Sollte die App die \u00dcbertragung auf den Chip vor\u00fcbergehend unterbrechen, warten Sie einen Moment und versuchen Sie es sp\u00e4ter erneut.<\/p>\n

Sollte die Guthaben\u00fcbertragung auf den Chip fehlschlagen, verlieren Sie Ihr Geld nicht. Nicht \u00fcbertragenes Guthaben wird nach Ende der Veranstaltung automatisch zur\u00fcckerstattet.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr diesen Service kann eine Servicegeb\u00fchr anfallen. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen Sie einen NFCtron-Aufladepunkt auf dem Veranstaltungsgel\u00e4nde nutzen.<\/p>\n

4. Sie k\u00f6nnen nicht genutztes Guthaben zur\u00fcckerstatten lassen<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen nicht genutztes Guthaben auf Ihrer Chipkarte \u00fcber die mobile App oder \u00fcber die Web\u00fcbersicht der Chipkarte kostenlos auf Ihr Bankkonto zur\u00fcck\u00fcberweisen lassen.<\/p>\n

Sie haben ab Ende der Veranstaltung stets 14 Tage Zeit, das Guthaben zur\u00fcckerstatten zu lassen.<\/p>\n
