Das ist die Nachricht, auf die wir insgeheim schon seit Jahren gehofft haben – Irie R\u00e9volt\u00e9s sind zur\u00fcck! Nur wenige Bands sind so eng mit dem Mighty Sounds Festival verbunden. Wir waren dabei, als sie in 2000 ihre musikalische Karriere in Heidelberg begannen, als sie anfingen, Fans zu sammeln. Wir waren auch sofort fasziniert von ihrer Energie und ihrer Fusion von Punk, Reggae, Ska und Hip-Hop, die eine explosive und h\u00f6chst ansteckende musikalische Mischung ergab. Von Anfang an waren sie auch f\u00fcr ihre sinnvollen und gesellschaftskritischen Texte bekannt. Auf dem Mighty Sounds Festival sorgten sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig f\u00fcr einen der musikalischen H\u00f6hepunkte des Jahres.<\/p>\n

Wir haben sie durch ihr gesamtes musikalisches Leben begleitet, ein Leben, von dem viele Bands nur tr\u00e4umen k\u00f6nnen. Sie spielten 17 Jahre lang, ver\u00f6ffentlichten 5 Alben, nahmen an unz\u00e4hligen politischen Veranstaltungen teil und spielten \u00fcber 500 Konzerte in 25 L\u00e4ndern. Deshalb waren wir wirklich traurig, als sie 2017 das Ende ihrer Existenz ank\u00fcndigten; danach spielten sie noch ein hervorragendes Konzert in der ausverkauften gro\u00dfen Halle von Lucerna in Prag. Aber jetzt werden unsere Tr\u00e4ume wahr. Irie R\u00e9volt\u00e9s haben heimlich ein Comeback gebacken und das ist eine Chance, die wir uns nicht entgehen lassen konnten. Das ist eine Herzensangelegenheit. Irie R\u00e9volt\u00e9s sind zur\u00fcck in voller St\u00e4rke! Und wir k\u00f6nnen uns schon darauf freuen, sie in T\u00e1bor bei 19. Mighty Sounds wieder Live zu sehen!<\/p>\n
