After last year’s success, the main stages will feature Czech stars again. The classic Czech beer which gave a name to the whole beer style: Pilsner Urquell<\/strong> and for lovers of bitter lagers (ideal for hot summer days) Radegast R\u00e1zn\u00e1 10\u00b0<\/strong>. Non-alcoholic Birell will\u00a0 be available in cans.<\/p>\n

The basis of this special beer style, which we have created for the Prague brewpub Pult, is the old Gose recipe from the German town of Goslar. Together we adapted the recipe and added, along with others, forest fruits and spruce sprouts. The fruity character is complemented by root notes of coriander seeds and spruce essence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Seltzer was created by fermenting cane sugar with the help of brewer’s yeast. This process is followed by several complicated purification and filtration processes.<\/span><\/p>\n
