Rich colour, juicy flavour, great acidity and a full body that really holds up. The raspberries come through fully in both aroma and taste, while a gentle haze from the fruit pulp gives the beer a velvety look and a pleasant fullness.

This is an IPA that doesn’t hold back. Full, juicy and properly bitter. Hopped with Cascade, Citra Cryo and Centennial.

Ingredients: water, barley, wheat and oat malts, carrot purée, orange juice, oat flakes, lactose, lime juice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, hops
Carrot, vanilla, cinnamon and citrus. When dessert just isn’t refreshing enough, a Pastry Sour is born.
